ABOUT PROJECT
WHAT DO WE PLAN TO DO?
Our crowdfunding campaign aims on helping the welfare of the disabilities at Selva Home Caring and Guidance Segamat which located at No. 62A, Jalan Omar, Pekan Jabi, Segamat, Johor. This center was founded on July 2, 2008 and their first base was at Taman Yayasan 2, Segamat, Johor.
All the funds that had been donated will be use to pay their utilities fee such as water and electric bill for the period of 6 months. It was a huge amount too. Besides to pay for utilities fee, the funds will also be use to buy some basic necessities for the center for the period of 2 months estimation.
We have calculated the estimated overall cost of this campaign. Below are the estimation expenses:

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
This "Special's Create Unique World" crowdfunding campaign is a corporate social responsibility project where we will help Selva Home Caring and Guidance Segamat which located in No. 62A, Jalan Omar, Pekan Jabi, Segamat, Johor.

The reason of this action is to reduce the burden of the facilitites on raising their financial to continue their daily expenses. According to Melisa, who is managing the center, she always asking help from their families and friends to upfront their bills for the month first, when they have the abilities to pay back, they will refund. The center had a total of 20 peoples which are 6 adults, 10 childrens and 4 volunteers. According to Melisa, there has a old woman which are under her caring and a children which are deaf and dumb need the adult diapers to take care of their daily waste.
Apart from that, the center have a previous utilities bill which are not yet paid because lack of capital. So, in this campaign, our main goals is to help the center to settle their utilitise fee for the period of 6 months. It was a huge amount.
Above is our Organizational Chart. Five of us are the undergraduate in Bachelor's of International Financial Economics at University Malaysia Sabah Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan and currently taking the subject of GD30103 International Corporate Finance.

所有捐赠的资金将会用于支付该中心6个月期间的水费，电费等公用事业费，这将是一笔巨大的开销。当然除了支付水电费外，这笔资金还将用于为该中心购买一些基本必需品。此活动将为期两个月。

这项“Special's Create Unique World”众筹活动是一项企业社会责任项目，目的是为了能够帮助位于柔佛州Segamat， Pekan Jabi Jalan Omar，62A号 的 Selva Home Caring and Guidance Segamat残障福利机构
此众筹活动的主要目的是为了能够减轻该中心日常需求的财务负担。 跟据该中心管理人Melisa小姐所说，她总是向家人和朋友寻求帮助，为的是能够预付该中心第一个月的账单，之后有能力时将会偿还回他们。该中心共有20位成员，其中有6位成人，10位儿童和4位志愿者。 据Melisa小姐所说，她正在关照一位需要生活帮助的老妇人，和关照一位患有聋哑的孩子，需要时常替他们更换成年尿布和照顾他们的日常生活。
除此之外，该中心因缺乏资金而尚有未支付的水电费账单。 因此，在这项众筹活动，我们的主要目标是帮助该中心在6个月内解决该中心的公用事业费，这将需要一笔巨大的资金以能够援助他们。
以上是我们的组织结构图。 我们五人是来自马来西亚沙巴大学University Malaysia Sabah （UMS）国际金融经济学学士学位的学生，目前正学习GD30103国际公司金融学的课程。
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
For the risk part under this project we will highlight the three main risk issue that can happen which is probability to not achieve our donation target, the donation collected might be overfunding and lastly the probability to not get the item listed.
For the challenge part we believe there will be three challenge that’s we need to fulfil in the process to complete the crowdfunding project, which is short duration of fund collecting, difficulty to gain public trust and the restricted movement due to the MCO.
